NFC technology makes unlocking and starting your e-bike quick, simple and secure.
Instead of using a physical key, simply tap your NFC card against the display to unlock and start the bike in seconds.
No keys, no passwords and no complicated apps required.
Is it safe and certified?
Our e-bikes feature NSW compliant e-bike systems, UL 2849-aligned electrical systems and certified batteries tested to recognised Australian safety standards, including AS/NZS IEC 62133-2.
ARE YOUR E-BIKES ROAD LEGAL IN AUSTRALIA?
Every bike is supplied in a 250W / 25 km/h pedal-assist configuration for road-legal use across Australia.
Higher power and speed settings are intended for private property use only.
⚠️ Riders are responsible for complying with local road laws and regulations in their state.
HOW FAR CAN I GO ON ONE RIDE?
With the dual battery system, most riders comfortably achieve around 80–90km per charge depending on terrain, rider weight and riding mode.
Using pedal assist, the Vortex 20 Plus can reach up to 120km of range.
CAN I RIDE WITH A PASSENGER?
Yes. The sturdy frame, rear seat and foldable footpegs are designed to comfortably support rider and passenger use, with a maximum load capacity of up to 150kg.

Is shipping Free?
Shipping is free across most of Australia. Some remote areas may incur additional heavy freight charges.
Once you enter your address at checkout, any applicable shipping costs will be calculated automatically.
When will my new e-bike arrive?
Bikes are shipped from the Sydney warehouse, with most orders arriving within 7–14 business days across Australia.
Do I need to be a mechanic to set it up?
Not at all. Our e-bikes arrive mostly pre-assembled and only require the handlebars, front wheel and pedals to be attached.
