What’s Covered
Every e-bike purchased from us comes with:
- 1 year warranty on the frame and motor
- 12-month warranty on the battery and display
If anything goes wrong due to a manufacturing issue, we’re here to help.
What’s Not Included
Our warranty doesn’t cover:
- Regular wear-and-tear (like brake pads, tyres, or tubes)
- Damage from crashes, misuse, or water exposure
- DIY fixes or third-party parts not provided by us
- Assembly errors or problems caused by poor storage
- Use for rental or commercial purposes
