The Story Behind Green Wheels Byron
Growing up in Germany, where cycling was a way of life, I experienced firsthand how bike-friendly infrastructure can enrich daily life and make sustainable mobility accessible to everyone. Wide bike lanes, flat terrain, and strong focus on sustainability shaped my everyday routine and deepened my appreciation for eco-friendly travel.
When I moved to Australia, I quickly realized that cycling here came with new challenges - hills, strong winds, and heat made riding difficult. But then I discovered the freedom of e-bikes. They allowed me to explore my surroundings effortlessly, making the impossible suddenly possible.
Green Wheels Byron was born out of my desire to share this freedom with others. No matter where you live, I want you to experience the beauty of your surroundings without leaving a heavy footprint. To me, every ride is more than just a journey - it’s a statement of respect for the environment and an invitation to embrace Greener choices.
