Is it safe and certified?
Our e-bikes feature NSW compliant e-bike systems, UL 2849-aligned electrical systems and certified batteries tested to recognised Australian safety standards, including AS/NZS IEC 62133-2.
Is it legal to ride?
Every bike is supplied in a 250W / 25 km/h pedal-assist configuration for road-legal use across Australia.
Higher power and speed settings are intended for private property use only.
⚠️ Riders are responsible for complying with local road laws and regulations in their state.
What about warranty and support?
You’re backed by our Byron Bay based team and warranty coverage. If you ever need help, we’re here to assist with parts, troubleshooting and getting you back on the road.
We stand behind our products, which is why every e-bike includes a 1-year warranty.
How far can I go?
You can ride up to 60 km on a single charge. Plenty of range for your daily adventures or weekend rides.
Want to ride together?
You can! The bike has a longer frame and footrests, supporting up to 150 kg. Perfect for sharing the ride with a friend.
Is shipping Free?
Shipping is free across most of Australia. Remote areas may incur additional heavy-freight charges.
When you enter your address at checkout, the system automatically shows whether any extra shipping applies.
When will I get to ride it?
The Sydney warehouse ships your bike quickly and most orders arrive within 7–14 days.
Do I need to be a mechanic to get started?
Not at all. Our e-bikes arrive mostly pre-assembled and only require the handlebars, front wheel and pedals to be attached.
