NFC makes locking and unlocking your e-bike easy, fast and secure.
To lock or unlock your bike, you simply use an NFC card:
Hold the card near the display, the bike recognizes you instantly and locks or unlocks. Done. That’s it.
No keys. No passwords. No complicated apps.
How does it differ from the Vortex 20 Plus?
The Vortex 20 Pro is lighter, simpler and more agile than the Vortex 20 Plus. With a single battery setup and full suspension system, it delivers the same stylish look and reliable ride in a more streamlined package.
Is it safe and certified?
Our e-bikes feature NSW compliant e-bike systems, UL 2849-aligned electrical systems and certified batteries tested to recognised Australian safety standards, including AS/NZS IEC 62133-2.
Is it road legal?
Every bike is supplied in a 250W / 25 km/h pedal-assist configuration for road-legal use across Australia.
Higher power and speed settings are intended for private property use only.

How far can it go?
Most riders achieve up to 60 km per charge depending on terrain, rider weight and riding mode.
Can two people ride?
The sturdy frame, rear seat and foldable footpegs comfortably support rider and passenger use with a maximum load capacity of up to 150 kg. Perfect for sharing the ride and saving a second bike.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free in most areas. Some remote regions may require an additional heavy-freight fee, which will be shown at checkout after entering your address.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped directly from Sydney and most customers receive their bikes within 7-14 days.
Do I need to assemble it myself?
Not at all. Our e-bikes arrive mostly pre-assembled and only require the handlebars, front wheel and pedals to be attached.
