- Return Time: Please return the bike by the agreed-upon date.
Cancellation Policy:
- Up to 24 Hours Before Rental: Enjoy free cancellation if you notify us at least 24 hours before your rental starts.
- 12–24 Hours Before Rental: A $45 fee applies for cancellations made within this timeframe.
- Within 12 Hours or No-Show:A $90 fee will be charged for cancellations within 12 hours of the rental start time or in case of a no-show.
Deposit:
- Refundable Deposit: A $450 refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be returned upon the safe return of the e-bike in its original condition
