- Pick-up & Drop-off: We offer free delivery and collection within Byron Bay, bringing the e-bike directly to your accommodation or a location of your choice.
- Pick-up Hours: Choose your preferred pick-up time during our operating hours, which may vary.
- Return Time: Please return the e-bike by the agreed-upon date to avoid additional charges.
Cancellation Policy:
- Free Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before your rental starts.
- $45 Fee: If canceled 12–24 hours before the rental starts.
- $90 Fee: If canceled within 12 hours or in case of a no-show.
Deposit: A $450 refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be returned upon the safe return of the e-bike in its original condition.
